Terms & Conditions

  1. Registration for the training course must be made through Prudentia’s website or by email. Once registration is completed, an invoice will be generated and sent to the company for payment.
  2. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. Failure to make payment on time may result in the cancellation of the registration and forfeiture of any fees paid.
  3. Course materials will be provided to each registered participant upon the start of the course. Any additional materials or resources required will be provided by the instructor during the course.
  4. If a company wishes to cancel its registration, it must provide written notice to the institute at least 14 days prior to the start of the course. If the institute receives notice less than 14 days before the start of the course, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied. No refunds will be provided after the start of the course.
  5. If a company wishes to reschedule its registration, it must provide written notice to the institute at least 14 days prior to the start of the course. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
  6. Participants must attend all scheduled training sessions to be eligible for certification. Participants who miss more than one session will not be eligible for certification. Certificates of completion will be issued to participants who successfully complete the course.
  7. All course materials and resources provided by Prudentia are the exclusive property of Prudentia and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without the institute’s written permission.
  8. The institute is not responsible for any loss or damage to property or for any personal injury that may occur during the course. Participants assume all risks associated with attending the course.
  9. Prudentia agrees to keep confidential any proprietary information or trade secrets provided by the company during the course of the training.
  10. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the institute is located.
